I voluntarily assume responsibility for my own health and wellbeing. I agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by FRA, the event venue, and relevant authorities before, during, and after the event.
I consent to leave or exit the event, without protest or refund, if requested by FRA or event management for refusal to follow established safety protocols.

Photography & Media Release
By checking this box, I grant Future Rich Aunties (FRA) permission to use and publish photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during the event that may include my name, likeness, or workshop content.
These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and reporting purposes across FRA platforms (including website, social media, and press releases).
I understand that I will not receive compensation for FRA’s use of these materials.

By submitting this form, I confirm that:

• My session will be educational, practical, and actionable.

• I understand this is a non-paid opportunity and that no honorarium or speaking fee will be provided.

• I agree to collaborate with FRA staff to prepare my session for maximum attendee value.
