At Future Rich Aunties, we are dedicated to creating impactful experiences, resources, and opportunities for women in business. To maintain the integrity of our programming and ensure fair operations, the following cancellation and refund policies apply to all FRA events, memberships, vendor opportunities, and sponsorships.


Event Tickets

• All event ticket purchases are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event.

• To request a transfer, email contact@futurerichaunties.com with the new attendee’s name and contact details.

Vendor Spaces

• Vendor fees are non-refundable once paid.

• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your vendor spot to another approved vendor with FRA’s prior approval.

• All transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the event.

• FRA reserves the right to approve or deny vendor transfers to protect event quality and brand alignment.

Sponsorships

• All sponsorship payments are non-refundable due to pre-event marketing, printed materials, and sponsorship deliverables being created in advance.

• If a sponsor cannot participate in the scheduled event, FRA may allow sponsorship deliverables to be rescheduled or transferred to a future event at FRA’s discretion.

Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

FRA memberships are designed to provide ongoing value through resources, events, digital tools, community access, and exclusive member perks. Because membership benefits are accessible immediately upon signup, the following policy applies:

FRA memberships are designed to provide ongoing value through resources, events, digital tools, community access, and exclusive member perks. Because membership benefits are accessible immediately upon signup, the following policy applies:

• Membership fees are non-refundable, including monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.

• Members may cancel their membership at any time; however:

◦ No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for remaining time in the billing cycle.

◦ Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Membership Cancellation

• Members may cancel at any time by emailing contact@futurerichaunties.com.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for cancellation processing.

• Once canceled, all membership access will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Membership Plans

• Annual memberships are non-refundable due to immediate access to full-year benefits, discounts, and digital resources.

• Members may request non-financial adjustments, such as pausing membership for up to 30 days, subject to approval.

Membership Suspension or Termination

FRA reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for:

• Policy violations

• Abuse or harassment within the community

• llegal or unethical use of FRA materials
No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships.

Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

If an FRA event is postponed or canceled:

• All tickets, vendor fees, and sponsor deliverables will be transferred to the new date, or

• Credited toward a future FRA event.

Refunds are issued only if FRA fully cancels an event with no new date.

Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing a membership, ticket, vendor space, or sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy
